Founded in 1897, Phi Kappa Phi is the nation’s oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines. Its global network includes approximately 100,00 active members from over 325 campuses across the United States, its territories, and the Philippines. 

About the Meredith College Chapter

A chapter of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society was established at Meredith College in fall 2023 and the first student members were initiated in spring 2024. Students, alumnae/i, faculty, and staff have the opportunity to join a global network of remarkable scholars and professionals. Additionally, members of the Society are eligible to apply for numerous awards to support their educational pursuits.

Meredith College student Ashley Andrade recently was awarded a study abroad grant worth $1,000 from The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi — the nation’s oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines. Andrade is one of 125 students nationwide to receive the award.
