Music Major/Minor For a Day (MM4D)

Come experience what it is like to be a Music Major or Minor for a Day at Meredith College! We call this free event MM4D, and this is your chance to get to know our music faculty, chat with current students, and get a feel for our music program and all that it has to offer. While visiting, you will sit in on a sample music class, observe/participate in a repertoire class for your area of interest (voice, piano, instrumental), receive or observe a sample lesson, will have the option to participate in one of our performance ensembles, and more. High-school students, as well as prospective non-traditional and transfer students who intend to major or minor in music are invited to attend. While we encourage a parent or guardian to attend with their student, it is not required. We do ask for a student’s parent and emergency contact information.
