About the Cap & Gown Survey at Meredith
The Cap & Gown survey is given each year to students who have graduated the previous year. This year, 112 graduates from August and December 2009 and May 2010 completed this survey, of 398 contacted. Graduates shared their plans for employment and further education, and gave helpful feedback on certain aspects of their education.
The 2009 Cap & Gown survey was given in early summer 2009 to the graduates from August and December 2008 and May 2009. Due to low initial participation in the survey, extensive follow-up was necessary. The following report summarizes the graduates' employment and education plans.
