NOTE: Faculty-Staff may attend ANY date or schedule their FITCHECK through WOW!
FITCHECK will measure:
* Height/weight
* Waist and hip measurement
* Resting blood pressure and heart rate
* 1.5 mile walk/jog time (we ask that all
participants attempt to complete the
entire distance) (aerobic endurance)
* Modified push-ups (muscular endurance)
* Sit-n-reach (flexibility)
FIRST 100 participants to register and complete FITCHECK will receive a FREE medicine ball and programming notes.
