The User Services Group provides technical support for Meredith students, faculty and staff. The department is |
divided into two sections, Help Desk and Desktop Support. The sections work together providing the best solutions for the entire Meredith community. |

Help Desk - provides Meredith College students, faculty, and staff with walk-in and phone support. The help desk is |
in the Noel Annex building, located in the back of the campus directly in front of the softball field. The contact number is 919 760-2323. The Help Desk accepts walk-ins as well as emails at techserv@meredith.edu. |

The help desk provides full support to students participating in the Meredith laptop program and limited support for students with personal computers. |

Desktop Support provides first level technical support for all Meredith college faculty and staff computers, network printers, shared computer labs, and department specific computer labs. The desktop support staff also provide backup support for the help desk staff. |
