Telephones

To request service or report problems with your telephone service at Meredith College, please call the Technology Services Helpdesk at 2323.

FACULTY/STAFF
In general there are three types of telephones used depending on the number of lines needed. Any moves or changes need to be coordinated through the Technology Services help desk.

STUDENT
Each dormitory room has one telephone jack and students provide their own telephones. Local service is provided free of charge. In addition, long distance service is available through direct billing from Alltel. Students may choose from three different plans and will be given a personal authorization code for making long distance calls.
