How to Forward Messages from Your Outlook Email Account
1. Within Microsoft Outlook 2003, select Tools, then Rules and Alerts

2. Click the New Rule button.

3. Select the Start from a blank rule radio button,
4. Highlight Check messages after they arrive within the Step 1 box,
5. Click Next.
6. In the Step 1: Select condition(s) box, select the check box next to each condition that you want the incoming message to match (see image on next page).
7. In the Step 2: Edit the rule description box, click
the underlined value that corresponds to the condition, and then select
or type the necessary information (see image on next page).

This window pops up after you click
“specified” from the previous image.
8. Click Next.
9. In the Step 1: Select action(s) box, check the forward it to people or distribution list check box.
10. Then in the Step 2: Edit the rule description box, click people or distribution list.
11. Select the address list you want use, then double-click the name or distribution list to which you want to forward the messages, and then click OK.

12. Click Next.
13. Click Next again.
14. In the Step 1: Specify a name for this rule box, type a name for this rule.
a. To run this rule on the messages that are already in your folders, select the Run this rule now on messages already in "folder" check box.
b. To apply this rule to all your e-mail accounts and Inboxes, select the Create this rule on all accounts check box.
15. Click Finish.
