Fellows will complete a total of ten hours of community service and public school opportunities each semester during the freshman, sophomore, and junior years. Also, Juniors complete a “Shadow A Leader” observation and interview of their mentor teacher. During the junior year, fellows will have the unique opportunity of completing ten (10) hours of classroom observations with their mentor teacher each semester. Seniors complete ten hours of classroom observations during the semester in which a Fellow is not student teaching.
