veggies & flowers available weekly during growing season

BeauSol Gardens delivers fresh veggies, flowers and fruit to campus weekly during the growing season. Farmer Harry LeBlanc still has a few shares available for those who are interested, deliveries begin in May.

Community supported agriculture (CSA) vegetable shares come in two different sizes and flowers shares are available to employees and students.

Providing access to locally produced food is part of our Greenprint Goal 2. Meredith students, staff and faculty have purchased 109 CSA produce shares since 2009, delivered weekly during the summer, fall, and winter seasons.
