Gynecological services are available for a nominal fee to students on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. Appointments must be made through the Health Center for this clinic. Call (919) 760-8535 to schedule an appointment.

Health Education
For many students, the college years represent the first time one must make individual decisions about lifestyle and personal habits. Health education assists the student in making responsible choices about nutrition, wellness, sexuality and illness.
Meredith provides the following education services:

• Women's health clinic
• Health information via pamphlets, books, magazines, and web-sites
• Health concerns consultation
• Bulletin boards and presentations.

STD Clinic
Meredith offers confidential testing for STDs on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from noon-3 p.m. in the Health Center during the academic year. The STD clinic is available monthly on Wednesdays during the summer.  Call the Health Center for specific dates and times.
