Enrollment Management Team
The Enrollment Management Team (EMT) develops strategies for strengthening student recruitment, enrollment, retention, persistence and graduation rates. The team meets monthly to study facts, analyze data, review and recommend changes for policies and procedures, look at historical and technology trends and help achieve the College’s goals.
During 2008-2009, the EMT presented recommendations to the senior management team, administrative leaders, and other groups to improve and strengthen enrollment issues. The team continued to assist the College in meeting its goals and Vision 2010 objectives. Other highlights included: shared information regarding new financial assistance grant opportunities and the Higher Education Opportunity Act guidelines for administering financial assistance; conducted informational sessions on "What Faculty Need to Know About Retention;" worked with administration on issues of grade reporting; reviewed analyses of leave of absense and withdrawal reports; shared results of the 2008 CIRP Survey analyses; shared the results of the Human Capital Research Corporation analysis on the “Outlook on Enrollment;" worked with Human Resources on a revised tuition remission policy; met with representatives from the Community Programs Office to share ideas on course offerings; provided input into the current consideration of alternating college survey tools; and provided support and participation in events such as Early Registration and Orientation.
The EMT consists of 21 members representing various administrative units, the faculty and students. Thank you for visiting our website and please feel free to contact any one of our team members.
