Ann Gleason
Dean of Students

Ann Gleason has worked at Meredith College since 1997. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and sociology from Quincy University in Illinois, and a Master of Education in counselor education/student development from Auburn University. Before coming to Meredith, Gleason worked in academic advising, career counseling and orientation programs at University of Florida, University of Texas at Austin and Auburn University. She also served as a volunteer coordinator for two non-profit organizations in Texas.

She is a member of American College Personnel Association, North Carolina College Personnel Association, Association on Higher Education and Disability, and the American Association of University Women.

Amy Hayes

Amy Hayes has worked at Meredith College since 2004 when she was employed as a processing assistant in the Office of Admissions. She then joined the Office of the Dean of Students as Office Manager in 2005. Prior to coming to Meredith College, Hayes worked in the Harnett County School system as a teaching assistant and student information data manager.
