Previous Events & Groups

RELATIONSHIP & INTIMACY WORKSHOP
We all have relationships—with parents, partners, roommates, and friends. What is your story? Topics may include how to make a friend, create a healthy relationship, build trust, be assertive in a conflict, talk about sex, and more.

THE RELAXATION RESPONSE
The Relaxation Response is a series of four weekly workshops that are free and confidential to students who want to learn and practice specific relaxation techniques. These techniques can be used to decrease anxiety, increase insight, and create new ways of experiencing the world. The techniques may include body scan, beginning meditation, visualization, and others.

THE PERFECTION TRAP
Do you often feel not good enough, even though you've given something your all? Do you have exceedingly high expectations for yourself? Do you put yourself down? The Perfectionist Trap Group is for students who find themselves striving for perfection rather than excellence.
