Meredith is part of the City of Raleigh UPASS program sponsored by the Capital Area Transit (CAT). This program allows Meredith students and employees to ride CAT buses FARE-FREE to commute to and from campus, or do personal errands, shopping, visiting friends, etc. Besides convenience and cost savings, increased ridership conserves fossil fuel resources, improves air quality through the reduction of vehicle emissions and decreases traffic congestion.

Students and employees can use the program by simply showing their Meredith College CamCard/ID to the CAT drivers.
