Goals for the year:

To organize things so life will be easier.
Publicize SAF better so more organizations take part.
Help organizations better understand what it means to get SAF funds.

 

Purpose:

o To improve campus event programming at Meredith by increasing the quality of the programs and activities (i.e. weekend events).

o To provide funding for annual student-driven projects designed to improve the quality of life for Meredith students.

o To reduce the overall yearly expenses for an individual student to attend some major campus events.

o To encourage the student body to become more action-oriented as they develop projects and make decisions regarding the overall Meredith community.

Potential Uses of SAF Funds:

o Campus-wide events focusing on entertainment and recreation

o Student Driven Projects

SGA Treasurer

The SGA Treasurer at Meredith College is responsible for maintaining the financial records for several SGA branches. Those branches are: SGA, Elections Board, Student Life, Senate, Honor Council, and Unity Council.
