The Office of Student Leadership and Service has compiled tips for to help campus community members move toward becoming change agents. These tips are being distributed weekly throughout 2009-10 via Enews.

Catalyst for Change Tip for March 8: Understand social issues:
To create change, one must first understand the complexity of the problem at hand. Social problems are dynamic, systemic, ever evolving creations with equally complex solutions. Be aware of this as you work through the system and understand how the problem is defined.
