Hi, my name is Juliana Richardson. I am currently a sophomore at North Carolina Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. I am a double major in Justice Studies and Psychology.
I was born and raised in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.
After graduation I plan to obtain a job with either the justice department or social services to work a little while before I go off and attend either law school or graduate school for psychology. I figure working within the field will give me some sort of direction as to what I want to do to further my studies. I've always been extremely interested in how the mind works and then connecting that to the minds of criminals so I figure I'll probably end up doing something that involves research on how the minds of criminal operate.
I really enjoy running and so I am a cross country runner for the college. I plan to continue running with the college until graduation and probably continue running throughout my life with various invitational runs.
I am currently enrolled in the East African Wildlife and Human Interaction course offered at North Carolina Wesleyan College and I hope to gain a pretty wide range of knowledge on various types of wildlife found in Africa and the problems found within the country though this course and information provided through you guys at Kenyatta University.
I am really interested in the AIDS problem that is currently spreading throughout Africa and many other places in the World. So, I was hoping to learn more about the advances and problems within the country from you guys as well. Well, I hope to hear from you guys soon, feel free to ask me any questions.
