My name is Amanda Landi. I'm 20 years old, born on June 30, 1987.
I'm the only girl of four children. I'm a junior at North Carolina Wesleyan College. My majors are Mathematics and English.
I'm originally from New Rochelle, NY. I graduated from a high school class of about 600 students.
What I like to do in my spare time, when I'm not doing school work, which is never, are hobbies that I've been doing a majority of my life. They are: paint, write poetry/stories, and listen to music. I recently picked up the guitar, but I've always wanted to play it.
I'm taking the Bio 495 class, because it is an option for my honors program, and the topic interested me. I don't particularly like science, and I don't know if this class will change that. Math and Science usually go hand in hand, but I don't seem to have been created to follow the norms.
