Meredith College is pleased to welcome students from a variety of international backgrounds.  We are host to women who consider themselves international in many different ways.  Whether a student is born and raised as a citizen of another country or claims an international identity through some other connection, we are happy to welcome them as members of the international student community.

This site has been put together as a resource for all international students at Meredith.  A good deal of the information pertains to immigration matters for those who require a student visa.  However, we have also included information on local resources that may be of interest to the wider international population.

We realize that negotiating a new culture and a new academic environment provide unique challenges for international students and we want to provide the best possible assistance.  The international student advisor, Kevin Morrison, and the staff of the international studies office are available to answer questions and provide support.  Please do not hesitate to contact the office should you have any concerns or need advice regarding immigration or other matters.  We are located in Joyner Hall, room 124.  Come by and see us anytime.
