Add-On Licensure for Teachers

Meredith’s add-on licensure programs are designed for the K–12 teacher who holds a degree and a teaching license. Add-On Licensure students must successfully complete the required credit hours of coursework for “A-level” license, and can choose between AIG (K-12), Reading (K–12), English as a Second Language (K–12) or Special Education (K–12). Students may apply the credit hours earned for licensure towards a Master of Education at Meredith. Completion of a Master of Education earns the students a North Carolina "M" license.
