Personal Attention
Small classes create collaboration.
With an average class size of less than twenty, students are as important to the learning process as the faculty. Active collaboration is an expectation, and the process provides opportunity for additional knowledge and growth. The students, who typically average of nine years of work experience in a variety of firms, often bring a firsthand account of class topics.

At Meredith students build relationships with more than just classmates. Students have a dedicated advisor to assist with choosing courses or help in navigating sudden needs for changes in scheduling. Faculty know each student personally, and they are available outside of the classroom for additional support when needed. In addition, the Dean is actively involved in programming and events, and she is readily available to students.
