In order to apply for need-based financial assistance, all students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the deadline shown below.

*Future Students (entering in Fall 2010):
February 15, 2010 (priority deadline)

*Students entering in the Spring of 2010 may complete the 09-10 FAFSA on a rolling basis before November 1, 2009.

Current Students:
March 15, 2010*
* Current students must file the FAFSA by this deadline in order to receive the maximum need-based financial assistance available. Current students who do not meet the deadline will receive reduced grant assistance based on the date that the FAFSA was completed.

Verification:
After completing the FAFSA, students may be selected for a process called verification. If selected, the Office of Financial Assistance will notify the student indicating what forms and documentation must be submitted. The student must submit requested documents within 14 days of the date of the notification. You can download the Verification Worksheet here.
