Joe Biden to Speak at Meredith College October 23 Bookmark and Share
Senator Joe Biden, Democratic vice presidential candidate, will make a campaign appearance at Meredith College, Thursday, Oct. 23, 2008, at 7 p.m. The appearance, which was announced by the Obama campaign yesterday evening, will be held in McIver Amphitheater.

Seating will begin at 5 p.m., and the event is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. No tickets are necessary. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For security reasons, do not bring bags and please limit personal items. No signs or banners permitted.

This appearance by Joe Biden is not an endorsement by Meredith College. The College does not endorse candidates or co-sponsor events of this nature. Meredith College does not invite candidates or sponsor the rallies, but does agree to host the candidates in response to their requests, provided space is available. Campaigns pay for the cost of the venue and all other costs associated with the appearance.
