Ethiopia: The 117th anniversary of the Battle of Adwa |

The Meredith International Association (MIA) invites you to join us in commemorating the 117th anniversary of the Battle of Adwa-one of the greatest stories in the history of the world in collaboration with ECONC (Ethiopian Community Organization in North Carolina). This event will highlight Ethiopia's decisive victory in a battle of independence from Italy creating a beacon of hope, freedom and liberation for Africa and the people of the Caribbean.
The event will include multimedia presentations and children's dramatic performances.
