Have you made the commitment to be fit by participating in some sort of physical activity (aerobic, strength or flexibility)for 30 minutes a day, 5-days a week.
Stop by Cate lobby, Martin 120 or the fitness center to pick up your commit card. Registration has been extended until February 15.
Just complete the card, take it to Cate and post it on the Commit Board. Pick up a program tracker and begin tracking your activity.
All participants are eligible for random prize drawings and those who complete and submit the tracker at the end of the program are eligible for even more great prizes!
