Have you picked up your 2012 W-2 yet? If not, please keep in mind that you only have today and tomorrow to do so. They will be available in the HR offices through 1/31 at 1:00 p.m. Any not claimed must be mailed to the home address on file. We appreciate you picking them up whenever possible to help avoid the additional mailing expense.

If you received a paper copy of your W-2 this year but would like to opt for the online version for your 2013 W-2, you may do so by going to Web Advisor, clicking on the EMPLOYEE option, then clicking on the W-2 Electronic Consent option. If you’ve already completed this option, there’s no need to do it again. An advantage of the online is the ability to print a copy of your W-2 whenever you need it so there’s no need to request a duplicate for a lost W-2. We also try to make the online W-2’s available a few days before the printed options. The online option is secure and accessible 24/7.
