This workshop provides participants with strategic ways to handle conflict in the workplace and beyond. We’ll look at workplace, personal and family situations that could cause a dispute and talk about how to handle disputes using conflict resolution or mediation. Participants learn through group participation, role play, interaction and printed handouts. They also learn to reduce their stress levels before, during and after handling the conflict.
