Services are available to any child with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum, who begins services by 4 years of age and lives within a 25 mile radius of Meredith College.

To apply to the MAP, complete the application below and return it by mail, fax, or email. (See contact information below). Once the completed application has been received, you will be contacted and will be asked to set up an observation of the program. All applications and client records, past and present, will be kept confidential.
