Join the MEREDITH Avenging Angels and “Think Pink!”

Meredith hosts Christopher Newport in its first “Think Pink” basketball game on Sunday, February 10 at 1:30 pm. 

The event will encompass several fund raisers in support of the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund.  The Meredith College athletics department is selling pink “Avenging Angels” t-shirts, hosting a raffle and collecting donations with all proceeds going to the fund. 

Other events will include displays from Susan G. Komen – NC Triangle, Meredith College Health Center, and large banners to be signed in support of those who have battled breast cancer. All spectators and participants are encouraged to wear pink to the event. 

The Meredith basketball team and athletics staff will head over to the Hoops for Hope game at NC State following the game.

The shirt pre-orders are complete, but we have shirts available for sell starting at 12:30pm before the game. Pre-orders can be picked up at the same time.
