Volleyball - Oct. 27
Raleigh, N.C. – The Meredith volleyball team traveled across town to take on their USA South rival Peace College. The Avenging Angels lost to the Pacers 3-1.
Meredith took the first set 25-18 and Peace took the second set 25-17. The third set went to the Pacers at 25-21. Peace held a 24-16 advantage in the fourth until Meredith scored seven straight points to put the match at 24-23 before Peace took the last point and the match.
Meredith was led by Morgan White with 17 kills and 30 digs. Mallory Booker had 13 kills and 13 digs. Rebecca Yow had 40 assists.
Meredith finishes up their regular season on the road as they travel to take on Shenandoah and host Greensboro.
