Increase Your Campus Brand

Establishing your brand on campus is key to attracting talented Meredith students to your organization. Partner with ACP to help you meet your recruiting goals and gain visibility on campus by

• consistently posting internship, co-op, part-time, and full time positions on CareerLink, Meredith College’s online jobs board for students and alumnae
• contact faculty internship coordinators in addition to posting on CareerLink to discuss your internships
• scheduling on campus recruiting through CareerLink
• participating in career fairs and networking events
• bringing back Meredith alumnae to facilitate on campus recruiting interviews, serve as panelists, lead workshops and speak to classes, facilitate mock interviews, and participate in career fairs
• joining ACP’s LinkedIn network to connect with Meredith students and alumnae and engaging in informational interviews with them
• offering to speak to a class or campus organization about a relevant topic being discussed in both the classroom and in the workplace
• leading information sessions (with the help of employees that are Meredith grads) and staffing information tables
• hiring interns, co-ops, and part time students for early identification of talent and possible future full time hires
• providing concise language for ACP to send targeted emails to announce opportunities with your organization
• providing complete and clear information about opportunities, the application process, and your
  selection process
• maintaining competitive offers to attract and retain top candidates and communicating those acceptances
  with ACP
• staying connected and keeping your information up to date on your employer CareerLink account
