Summer in Copenhagen, Denmark - Interior Design
"The Architecture and Design programs introduce you to a world-renowned design tradition different enough from your own to be genuinely inspiring and meaningful for your professional career."
--Copenhagen: Study Abroad in English DIS Catalog 2005-2006
Location
Copenhagen is a little bit off the beaten track--which is exactly why it is so interesting. You will find it a cosmopolitan capital of 1.5 million people; a safe and hospitable city that was founded in 1167 and now combines medieval charm with modern lifestyles and easy access to the rest of continental Europe.
Curriculum
Interior Design Studio (Meredith Equivalent: ID 444 and 3 hour elective) 6 hours credit.
Studio instruction focuses on the process of interior design as practiced in the Danish tradition.
