• Meredith Teaching Fellows may choose an optional Study Abroad program.  Recently, Teaching Fellows have studied in England, Denmark, Italy, Iceland and Costa Rica.
  

• At Meredith, Teaching Fellows gain valuable classroom experience by working in Wake County Public Schools each year they are in the program. As a junior, a public school teacher in the licensure area becomes a mentor teacher and will continue in that role as a cooperating teacher during the student teaching experience.
